登革熱疫情12例 賴：加強衛生控管
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】登革熱疫情續擴大！行政院長賴清德表示，截至9日為止，全國病例已有12例，他呼籲，若有出現發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉關節痛、出疹等疑似症狀，應盡速就醫以配合政府防疫單位防治。疾管署也指出，登革熱疫情是社區傳染病，必須透過整頓清理環境、徹底清除孳生源，才能有效防堵，以免疫情擴大。
截至8月7日為止，全國共累計12例登革熱本土病例，分別為新北市9例、台北市2例及高雄市1例；另有137例境外移入病例，近一個月境外移入病例感染國家以菲律賓、泰國及越南等東南亞國家為多。
疾管署長周志浩表示，登革熱是一種環境疫情，北部環境比較複雜，雖然已緊急動員，但衛生人員和民眾「配合得並不好」，他們會持續調度人員與防疫的工作，相信很快就能將疫情控制下來。
台灣已進入8月，氣候持續高溫，且近期各地午後易有短暫雷陣雨，容易孳生病媒蚊，賴清德表示，近年來衛福部、環保署、國家蚊媒傳染病防治研究中心及南部地方政府，在登革熱防治上已累積不少經驗，可將相關經驗傳授予各縣市政府，協助落實環境管理及孳生源清除工作，加強民眾衛教宣導。
賴清德呼籲，若有出現發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉關節痛、出疹等疑似症狀，應盡速就醫並告知醫師旅遊史及活動史，以利醫師及早診斷與通報，配合政府防疫單位即時採取防治措施，請過去較少發生本土登革熱疫情的北部地區居民多加配合，醫護人員也要提高警覺，共同防治登革熱疫情。
疾管署也補充說，雖然分布在北部的病媒為白線斑蚊，其傳播病毒的效率低於南部的埃及斑蚊，仍不可輕忽，疾病管制署已於8月6日啟動登革熱應變工作組，由具豐富登革熱防治經驗的主管及人員進駐，以及時協助督導地方政府落實防治工作。
疾管署副署長羅一鈞受訪時表示，雖然疫情仍持續擴大，但目前仍受到控制。雖然這次新北市的疫情傳得特別多，但他們有信心能夠在8月底以前結束新北市的疫情。他指出，過去登革熱疫情最嚴重時是2015年，當時約有4萬多例，其中有200多人死亡，2016年到現在，全國本土病例都是在10例以下，疫情是否會進一步惡化有待觀察。
